이용약관Terms of Service

본 약관은 ㈜아메바게임즈(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항, 서비스 이용 조건 및 절차, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game services ("Service") provided by Ameba Games Inc. ("Company"), and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as the conditions and procedures for using the Service.

본 약관에서 사용하는 주요 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

본 약관은 이용자가 서비스에 최초 접속하여 동의함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일 7일 전 (이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전) 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

These Terms take effect when a user first accesses the Service and agrees. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law, with 7 days advance notice (or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users) via in-app notice or this page.

이용계약은 이용자가 서비스를 최초 실행하고 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의함으로써 성립합니다. 다음의 경우 이용 신청을 거부하거나 사후 해지할 수 있습니다.

The service agreement is established when a user first launches the Service and agrees to these Terms and Privacy Policy. The Company may refuse or terminate agreements in the following cases:

• 타인 명의 이용 또는 허위 정보 제공Use of another person's identity or provision of false information
• 부정한 목적 또는 방법으로 서비스를 이용하려는 경우Attempting to use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• 만 14세 미만 아동이 법정대리인 동의 없이 신청하는 경우Application by a minor under 14 without parental consent
• 이전 약관 위반으로 계정이 제재된 이력이 있는 경우Prior account sanctions due to Terms violations

미성년자가 법정대리인 동의 없이 유료 콘텐츠를 구매한 경우, 법정대리인은 해당 계약을 취소할 수 있습니다. 단, 동의가 있는 것으로 속인 경우에는 취소가 제한될 수 있습니다.

If a minor purchases paid content without parental consent, the legal guardian may cancel the purchase, unless the minor misrepresented having such consent.

회사는 연중무휴 24시간 서비스를 제공함을 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 정기점검, 시스템 업데이트, 불가항력적 사유 발생 시 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

The Company aims to provide the Service 24/7. However, it may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events. Service offerings include:

• 모바일 게임 서비스 (iOS / Android)Mobile game service (iOS / Android)
• 게임 내 커뮤니티 및 소셜 기능In-game community and social features
• 인앱 결제를 통한 유료 콘텐츠 제공Paid content via in-app purchases
• 게임 업데이트 및 이벤트Game updates and events
• 고객 지원 서비스Customer support services

다음의 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

The Company may suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:

• 서버 점검, 시스템 업그레이드 등 기술적 사유Server maintenance or system upgrades
• 해킹, DDoS 공격 등 보안 위협Security threats such as hacking or DDoS attacks
• 천재지변, 정전, 통신망 장애 등 불가항력Force majeure events including natural disasters or network failures
• 관련 법령 변경 또는 정부 행정 처분Changes in law or government administrative orders

서비스를 영구 종료하는 경우 종료일 30일 전에 고지합니다.

Permanent termination of the Service will be announced 30 days in advance.

유료 콘텐츠 구매는 각 플랫폼 앱스토어(Google Play / App Store)의 결제 정책을 따릅니다.

Purchases of paid content are subject to the payment policies of the respective app stores (Google Play / App Store).

구매한 유료 콘텐츠 및 게임 내 재화는 타인에게 양도하거나 현금으로 교환할 수 없습니다.

Purchased content and in-game currency may not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.

유료 콘텐츠 구매 후 청약철회는 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 가능합니다. 단, 다음의 경우 제한됩니다.

Users may cancel a purchase within 7 days of the purchase date. Cancellation is restricted in the following cases:

• 구매한 콘텐츠를 이미 사용(소비)한 경우The content has already been used or consumed
• 즉시 적용되는 유료 콘텐츠를 개봉한 경우Immediately applicable content has been opened
• 이벤트·프로모션을 통해 무상 지급된 재화Currency granted free through events or promotions

이용자는 서비스 이용 시 다음 사항을 준수해야 합니다.

Users must comply with the following when using the Service:

• 관련 법령, 본 약관, 회사의 운영 정책 및 공지사항 준수Comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the Company's policies
• 타인의 개인정보·계정 정보 무단 수집 또는 이용 금지Not collect or misuse other users' personal or account information
• 회사 및 타인의 지식재산권 침해 금지Not infringe on the Company's or others' intellectual property rights
• 서비스의 안전한 운영을 방해하는 행위 금지Not interfere with the safe operation of the Service
• 본인 계정의 타인 양도, 대여, 판매 금지Not transfer, lend, or sell one's account
• 허위 정보 유포 및 타 이용자 기망 금지Not spread false information or deceive other users
• 회사 사전 승낙 없는 영리 행위 금지Not conduct commercial activities without prior Company approval

• 핵·치트 프로그램 사용Hacks & Cheats — 게임 클라이언트 조작, 메모리 해킹, 매크로 사용Game client manipulation, memory hacking, macro use
• 버그 악용Bug Exploitation — 오류·버그를 이용한 비정상적 재화·아이템 획득Exploiting bugs to obtain currency or items abnormally
• 계정 거래Account Trading — 현금·재화를 대가로 계정 판매·구매·양도Selling, buying, or transferring accounts for cash or currency
• 불법 프로그램 유포Malware — 서비스에 해가 되는 프로그램 제작 및 배포Creating or distributing programs harmful to the Service
• 타인 사칭Impersonation — 회사 직원, 운영자, 타 이용자 사칭Impersonating Company staff or other users
• 욕설·혐오 표현Harassment — 타 이용자·회사에 대한 욕설, 비방, 혐오 발언Abusive language, defamation, or hate speech
• 역공학·분해Reverse Engineering — 소스코드 추출, 역공학, 디컴파일 시도Extracting source code, reverse engineering, or decompiling

약관 위반 또는 서비스 운영 방해 시 다음 기준에 따라 제재 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

The Company may impose the following sanctions for violations of these Terms or disruption of the Service.

제재 조치에 이의가 있는 경우 고객센터를 통해 이의 신청을 할 수 있으며, 14영업일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내합니다.

Users may appeal sanctions through customer support. The Company will respond within 14 business days.

서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠에 관한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사 또는 적법한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company or their respective lawful owners.

• 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 판매하거나 2차 저작물로 작성할 수 없습니다.Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Company.
• 비상업적 목적의 게임 플레이 영상 및 스크린샷 공유는 허용됩니다.Sharing gameplay videos and screenshots for non-commercial purposes is permitted.

다음의 경우 서비스 제공 의무에서 면책됩니다.

The Company is exempt from its service obligations in the following cases:

• 천재지변, 전쟁, 테러, 정부 규제 등 불가항력Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government regulations
• 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애Service disruptions caused by the user's own actions
• 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간 분쟁으로 인한 손해Damages from disputes between users or with third parties
• 이용자의 기기·네트워크 환경으로 인한 서비스 장애Failures caused by the user's device or network

분쟁 발생 시 회사와 이용자는 상호 협의를 통해 원만하게 해결하도록 노력합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 아래 기관에 분쟁 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

In the event of a dispute, both parties shall endeavor to resolve it through mutual consultation. If unsuccessful, users may apply for mediation through the institutions below.

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석·적용됩니다. 분쟁에 관한 소송은 민사소송법에 따른 관할법원을 제1심 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any litigation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
